GAME PLAY

Dream House Days began with four small apartment empty. Initially, you will only be able to buy a small amount of furniture to decorate apartments. The least you can do is to provide a bed for the tenant to sleep. But this is not going to net you any substantial income. To have a real way to make money, you will need more than just a bed. With an empty shell, you can customize the space whichever way you see fit. Do not like the toilet at home? Please, tenants will not complain. Bed here, a wall clock there, each item will add a comfort score of apartments that will determine how many potential tenants deposit payment to secure the property, and how much the rent after occupied.

However, very similar to the real world, there is only a limited amount of space to put stuff on. To use space wisely, you will need to put stuff in such a way to maximize the value of convenience. Putting too much of the same item will lower the score dramatically. A set of furniture that is compatible (or a special room, as it is called in the game) will ensure that a high value on the comfort of your apartment. For example, a low table and cushions arranged in a tatami room will give you extra points, but a TV set and a desk is not exactly a great combination, at least not when you want to learn occupant. Rent is determined by the gear and equipment that you enter into the house. Not all furniture is created equal, with some furniture upkeeps charge money for them, but do not increase any comfort.

When you first set out to attract potential tenants, high comfort value is really necessary because the tenant will pay a higher deposit without / her income. A higher score also means higher rent, which is what the tenants will pay after s / he moves. However, not many tenants are able to rent. Thus, you will have to adjust the furniture to match your income tenants. Too little rent, and you will not make as much money as you can; too much rent, and you will lose money on keeping up on the house. It is a good balance between rents and incomes. Remember that your residents have a social life as well, so they will spend their income to go out and buy food, which means less money for the rent.

As residents of the furniture you use, the level will rise. Of course, which is equivalent to higher rent. More furniture can be unlocked as you progress throughout the game. You need the research points to 'research' the new item. Other things that need to be 'examined' including double occupancy permits and licenses baby. The first allows two people to live together and that both allow couples to have a family.

And this is where you start to interfere in the life of your valuable population.

As you grow apartments, residents can bump into each other in the corridor. If conditions are right, they can even fall in love and decide to marry. This is when you will need to issue some permits so that they can live together. Sometimes, the tenant would you ask for advice, it's good to get more friends or get married. Successful in giving the right advice can result in tenants get a 'title' that can increase their income.

Each occupant has a job and naturally, every job has a different income levels. When you find a new job vacancy, you may be able to alter their work with special items for something with better pay. But be careful, not everyone is suited to be a CEO or a lawyer or a doctor. Sometimes, you can try to recruit someone such as a famous comic artist or actor. They have higher incomes and able rents higher, but of course, they need the apartment is rated higher to attract them in the first place.

Once you have some who live in, whether they are married or marries a person other occupants of the 'outside', they may decide to have children. Children will go through school and whatnots, and not earning for obvious reasons. But statistically they are generally better than those you recruit from outside. Once they grow up, they can move out and start their own adult lives, like other tenants. And the cycle repeats.

Your population statistics can be improved by using items purchased from the store Pumpkin. It could be a once-off item, or a piece of clothing that they can turn into.

Graphics

Graphics consist of humorous look at the isometric landscape. It works pretty well. Residents may not be as animated (they all have the same smiling faces and they all run the same way), but they do things on their own as an individual without your meddling in their affairs.

Colorful environment. Of course, the empty nest is quite boring, but once you set up the furniture and decorated the house, it is colorful and lively. Detailed furniture and it was fun watching you interact with their tenants. Even when they use the toilet.

sound

Sound, unfortunately, is not a strong point of this Kairosoft. BGM is present in the game, but mostly repetitive. It may even require you to play the game muted, which I have no problem in doing.

replay Value

The game does not really end per se. You can have endless tenants come and go all the time. But at some stage, you may feel tired after a long time. For a perfectionist, there are a lot of furniture to open up, and work to level up. Obviously, the higher the level of work, the more money there is for you to charge higher rent.

For most of us, playing through one or two cycles of tenants living your lover may be more than enough.

overall

Dream House Days is an odd name for a game, but there is nothing strange about Sim intervene in the life style of the people. It is certainly not the Sims where you can - indeed, you need to - directly to micro-manage every aspect of your life tenant. This game lets you sit back and enjoy the results of some well-placed furniture that lets you rack up a high rental return. Better homes attract tenants better, and in the period, more money.

The game is balanced. There are many things to do and unlock. Graphics have become somewhat standard look at all these Kairosoft his game, and I mean it in a good way. If you like simulation games, Dream House Days is a great game.

either:

* Easy to play games
* Cute graphics
* A lot of things to unlock

Bad:

* The sound repetitive
